The Greenwood Little Theatre is pleased to offer you the opportunity to enhance your presence in the community and to help support the theatre by placing your full-color ad in the Playbill. Each season your advertisement will appear in as many of the performance programs as you choose. Join your fellow businesses in celebrating and supporting theatre arts in Greenwood, Mississippi!

PROGRAM / PLAYBILL AD

PLAYBILL ADS are full-color, and will be published in the playbill(s) of your selection - ads can be run as show-specific, or for the entire season.  

Playbill ads are viewed by four audiences, for each production run – for as little as $30 - or less, if purchased in multiples.

Playbill 1/4 Page (2.375” w x 3.875” h) Ad Rates:

  • 1 Playbill - $45

  • 4 Playbills - $170, Savings $10

Playbill 1/2 Page (5” w x 3.875” h) Ad Rates:

  • 1 Playbill - $85

  • 4 Playbills - $320, Savings $20

Playbill Full Page (5” w x 8” h) Ad Rates:

  • 1 Playbill - $170

  • 4 Playbills - $640, Savings $40

NOTE: GLT’s typical production season has FOUR productions. Although, the number of playbill ad opportunities can vary from season-to-season due to the possible scheduling of "special" performance events or fundraisers. Please check with your GLT ad rep for more information on our current season.

NOTE: Purchasing a playbill ad(s) does not entitle the purchaser to any other GLT’s membership benefits.


ADVERTISER REQUIREMENTS:

Advertisers that want to use specific graphic art (i.e., company logo, etc.) and/or a specific slogan, font or text for programs, pre-production slide shows or any other ad media offered by GLT, must provide said art in a timely fashion. The advertiser is also responsible for making sure that desired artwork does not infringe on copyright laws.  Both the Advertiser and the GLT Board of Directors must approve the final draft of any ad design, content, subject matter or text. GLT will not accept any material that is political, religious, obscene or otherwise violates community standards.

Advertisers or private individuals can purchase ad space for a charitable organization(s), which has 501(c)(3) status, and whose design, content, subject matter or text are deemed acceptable by both GLT and the party purchasing the ad. The Advertiser is ultimately responsible for contacting the charitable organization to obtain permission and to determine requirements of charitable organization to run ad, if any exist. 

Advertisers or individuals that choose to feature a charitable organization on GLT’s playbills or GLT’s pre-show slide ads will be credited at the bottom of the ad as follows: “Promotion courtesy of [Community Partner’s name or Organization]”

GLT’s production season usually consists of four regular season productions, most of which have a four-performance run and up to two special production events, which usually have one or two performance runs (including fundraisers events).

GLT cannot guarantee specific numbers of audience members for any given performance or event. Averages from our previous season attendance records are available upon request.
